- Only authorized personnel will access students’ records or materials.

- WhatsApp will be the primary platform, and all conversations are protected by WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption.
- Sensitive documents, if any, will be shared via secure links or password-protected files.
- Incident Response
- In case of a security breach (e.g., phone theft or hacking), all users will be notified within 48 hours.
- Steps will be taken immediately to secure all accounts and devices.
- Staff Responsibility
- All collaborators (if you grow your team) will be trained on security best practices and this policy.
- Devices must be locked when unattended, and no student data should be left accessible in public spaces.
